This in turn pushes the tension rod, causing the oil supply gear to move in the direction of reducing oil. At this point, the position of the oil supply gear is equivalent to that at low speed. Therefore, if uneven oil supply occurs, the error is too large, affecting operational stability.

When the mobile crushing station reaches the oil cut-off speed, the fuel injection pump should automatically cut off the oil. However, if the plunger and oil delivery valve components are of uneven quality or wear, resulting in inconsistent oil cut-off timing, some cylinders may be supplied with oil while others are supplied with less oil or cut off the oil more slowly. This can cause unstable high-speed operation.

3. Improper Operation

If the mobile crushing station is operating at high speed and some improper operation occurs, such as a sudden increase in the feed rate of the feeder or a change in the properties of the material being fed, the machine may not adjust to the desired speed.
