1. Crushing: The large blocks of stone obtained from mining are first placed in the material pile and evenly transported to the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stones are then sent to the cone crusher (impact crusher can also be used) for shaping and crushing with the help of a belt conveyor.

2. Sand making: The shaped and crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen for screening by a belt conveyor. Stones that meet the sand making particle size enter the impact crusher to make sand; those that do not meet the requirements return to the cone crusher (or impact crusher) for secondary shaping. After shaping, the stone is sent back to the vibrating screen via a belt conveyor, and the cycle is repeated to form multiple closed-loop processes.

3. Sand washing: The finished sand from the impact crusher that meets the production particle size requirements is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning by a belt conveyor.
