A stone crushing and sand making production line built in a quarry generally consists of a crushing system, a sand making system, a screening and conveying system, and a sand washing system. 1. Crushing System

The primary crushing equipment uses a PE1500×1800 jaw crusher, with a feed size of 1200mm and a crushing capacity of 1000 t/h;

The secondary crushing equipment uses two impact crushers, with feed sizes of 700mm and 800mm respectively, and outputs of 550 t/h and 800 t/h respectively.

2. Sand Making System

Two sand making machines are used, with feed sizes of 50mm and 40mm respectively, and outputs of 520 t/h and 380 t/h respectively.

3. Screening and Conveying System

Two vibrating screens and several conveyors are used.

4. Sand Washing System

Because the mined stone will contain soil, it must be cleaned with a sand washing machine. This system uses two wheel-type sand washing machines, which have a large sand washing capacity and produce clean, high-quality sand.

How much does it cost?

Building a manufactured sand plant with an annual output of 3 million tons requires significant investment due to its large production scale. The total investment is expected to range from several million to tens of millions of RMB. The manufactured sand production equipment alone costs two to three million RMB, in addition to investments in supporting facilities, site leasing or purchase, and daily operating funds.
