IV. Pre-screening Before Medium Crushing

Pre-screening removes materials smaller than the discharge size for medium crushing, preventing them from entering the medium crushing equipment and avoiding over-crushing. The screen size of the pre-screening also controls the amount of material entering the medium and fine crushing or shaping equipment and the maximum feed particle size, thereby optimizing equipment configuration and reducing the specifications or number of crushing equipment.

V. Medium Crushing Equipment

The medium crushing equipment uses a cone crusher, forming a closed-loop system with the pre-screening equipment. Material <12mm under pre-screening can be directly used as raw material for manufactured sand without entering the crushing system, preventing over-crushing and increasing the capacity of the crushing system.

VI. Shaping and Sand Making Equipment

The third stage of crushing uses a vertical shaft impact crusher, which combines crushing and shaping functions. After being crushed and shaped by the vertical shaft impact crusher, the material enters the finished product screen. The finished product screen and the vertical shaft impact crusher form a closed-loop system.

VII. Finished Product Screening Equipment

The discharge hopper of the finished product screening equipment is equipped with a flap valve, which can return a portion of the finished aggregate to the vertical shaft impact crusher for further crushing, thereby adjusting the final product output ratio and making system control more flexible.
