Equipment configuration plan
1. Coarse crushing section
Use 2 C6X series jaw crushers, the equipment is equipped with a heavy-duty frame structure and an optimized crushing chamber, and has strong adaptability in the crushing of hard rocks such as granite. Actual measured data shows that the processing capacity of a single machine can reach 650 tons/hour.
2. Medium and fine crushing section
Configure a combination of 6 hydraulic cone crushers:
2 HST single-cylinder cone crushers as the secondary crusher host
4 HPT multi-cylinder cone crushers for fine crushing. Hydraulic adjustment and iron protection technology are used, and the discharge port adjustment accuracy is controlled within the range of ±2mm, effectively ensuring the stability of the finished aggregate grading.
3. Sand making and shaping system
Equipped with 4 sets of VSI6X1040 vertical shaft impact crushers, integrated with waterfall and center feeding dual modes. By adjusting the rotor speed (55-75m/s) and the waterfall flow ratio, the fineness modulus of the machine-made sand (2.4-3.0) can be flexibly adjusted.
4. Screening system
Adopt 12 S5X series heavy-duty vibrating screens, and innovatively apply multi-layer replaceable screen design. The screen surface adopts a polyurethane/steel composite structure, with a measured screening efficiency of ≥92%, and a service life of about 50% longer than that of traditional screens.
Highlights of process innovation
1. Intelligent pre-screening system
A double-layer pre-screening device is set up in the raw material entry link, which can effectively separate 0-30mm qualified materials (directly entering the transfer warehouse) and >30mm materials that need to be crushed. According to actual operation verification, the system can reduce the coarse crushing load by about 15%.
2. Multi-level buffer storage and transportation
Equipped with a 6,000-ton intelligent transfer warehouse, equipped with a material level monitoring and automatic allocation system. Through big data analysis, a production scheduling model is established to achieve the optimal production plan for different electricity price ranges, with an annual electricity saving rate of 8%.
3. Environmental protection supporting measures
Adopt a fully enclosed steel structure factory building with a micron-level dry fog dust suppression system
Build a three-level sedimentation water circulation system to achieve zero discharge of production wastewater
