Technology advantage description:

Chongqing Haokou Hydropower Station sand and gravel aggregate processing production line, the hydropower station sand and gravel aggregate processing production system is located in Haokou Township, Wulong County, Chongqing City, about 42km above the mouth of Furong River, at the junction of Pengshui County, Chongqing City and Daozhen County, Guizhou Province. It is a medium-sized hydropower hub project mainly for power generation, with a total installed capacity of 135MW.

The power station is under the general contracting of Qujing Branch of China Hydropower No. 14 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. The power station started construction at the end of 2014. The sand and gravel aggregate processing system supporting the power station was completed and put into operation in June 2015. At present, the construction of the power station has entered the peak period, and the sand and gravel aggregate processing system is also operating efficiently.

1. The sand and gravel aggregate processing system of this project is designed by the Hydropower Bureau No. 14. The main processing equipment of the system is provided by Luoyang Dahua. The system has reasonable process design and high production efficiency, and can simultaneously produce finished aggregates and sand particles required for various constructions.

2. According to the system process layout and site conditions, Luoyang Dahua also specifically designed and provided 3 sets of standard containerized electrical control rooms to achieve centralized and automatic interlocking control of all equipment in the system.
