Iron is found in nature in the form of compounds, especially in the form of iron oxides in particularly large quantities, but with more impurities. However, under the current technical conditions, those with industrial use are mainly magnetite, hematite, magnetohyperite, ilmenite, limonite and rhodochrosite. It is iron black in colour, black in streak, semi-metallic luster and opaque. The hardness is 5.5-6.5, specific gravity is 4.9-5.2, and it has strong magnetism. Industrial types of iron ore

Distribution of iron ore

4, south-central region. Mainly in Hubei Daye iron ore mine, others such as Hunan Xiangtan, Henan Anyang, Maoyang, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hainan Island and other places;
5, other regions. In addition to the above regions, the southwest and northwest provinces, such as Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia and other places are rich in iron ore resources.
Flow process of iron ore crushing
Iron ore is gradually selected through crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, flotation, re-election and other procedures. The large iron ore material is fed evenly into the jaw crusher for initial crushing by the feeder through the hopper. After primary crushing, the materials are transported by belt conveyor to cone crusher for secondary crushing. This is the specific process of crushing, as for the subsequent procedure of beneficiation, it is roughly the use of ball mills for grinding and classification, magnetic separator for magnetic separation, and then according to the specific conditions to decide whether to re-election.
