Fly ash grinding process
Fly ash is crushed by crusher (cone crusher, impact crusher, etc.), and then transported by conveyor to fine crushing link (sand making machine or fine crusher) for further fine crushing. The fly ash with reasonable particle size is then evenly fed into Raymond mill for grinding. In this link, in the grinding chamber due to the grinding of fly ash in a certain moisture content, grinding heat resulting from the increase in the air volume of the grinding chamber, through the adjustment of the fan and the host of the residual air duct between the balance of the airflow, and excess purification discharged into the atmosphere. Then it can be ground by grinding rings and rollers. Finally, the required grinding shape is achieved.
