Sandstone is a kind of sedimentary rock, which is made of stone grains deposited on the riverbed by water erosion and becomes solid after thousands of years of accumulation. It is mainly distributed in Sichuan, Yunnan and Shandong in China, which are the three major producing areas of sandstone in China, and also in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi and Shaanxi, but the product is less popular and less influential.

Sandstone use

3、Applied in large public buildings, villas, home decoration, hotel and guesthouse decoration, garden landscape and urban sculpture.

Sandstone sand making process

Firstly, the sandstone is conveyed to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, after primary crushing, the sandstone and the fine sandstone screened by the vibrating feeder are conveyed together with the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and after crushing, they are screened by the circular vibrating screen. The larger particles of sandstone are sent back to the cone crusher for crushing again; the medium-sized materials are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping; the qualified materials are cleaned by the sand washing machine as the final products.

Medium granularity sandstone is sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing, screened by circular vibrating screen, larger granularity sandstone is returned to the sand making machine for crushing again, qualified products are sent to the storage pile by belt conveyor for storage, and the fine materials are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, as part of the final product, it is transferred to the storage pile by belt conveyor.
