1、Manganese ore crushing and screening: the mined natural manganese ore is evenly fed into PE jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, after primary crushing, the manganese ore is sent to PEX jaw crusher for fine crushing, and after fine crushing, the manganese ore is screened by circular vibrating screen, and those whose particle size does not meet the feed size of ball mill will be returned to PEX jaw crusher to continue to be crushed, and those that meet the requirements will be sent to the next step.

2、Manganese ore grinding and grading: Manganese ore which meets the requirement is uniformly sent to ball mill for grinding under the action of electromagnetic vibrating feeder, after grinding, the manganese ore particles enter into spiral classifier for sorting, those whose particle size doesn't meet the requirement are returned to ball mill to continue to grind, and those which meet the requirement are sent to the next link.

3、Manganese ore magnetic separation and drying: the manganese ore particles that meet the requirements are successively fed into the magnetic separator for roughing and selecting, and the most selected minerals are sent to the concentrator for dewatering and filtration, and then fed into the drying machine for drying, and then finally fed into the pile of finished products.
