Overview of production materials

Limestone is mainly composed of calcite, its Mohs hardness is about 3, the customer mining natural limestone particle size is generally below 600mm, the product size should be controlled between 10mm-20mm, according to the customer's construction site and requirements, we specially configured the limestone crushing line for him.

Production process design

Firstly, the mined limestone is sent to the vibrating feeder from the silo, the vibrating feeder mainly sends the materials evenly to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, after primary crushing, the limestone materials are transported to the cone crusher for crushing under the action of the belt conveyor, the crushed materials are screened by the circular vibrating screen, the materials larger than 20mm are sent to the cone crusher for further crushing, and the qualified materials are sent to the corresponding finished product pile by the conveyor. Finished product pile.

The reason for not choosing the conventional impact crusher is that it is difficult for the impact crusher to reach the size of the finished product when the customer requires it to guarantee the output, while the PYZ1750 cone crusher can, and the protection device of the cone crusher ensures the normal operation of the production line.
