Crushing-Bulky pyrophyllite is crushed by a crusher to a fineness ( 15mm-50mm ) that can enter the mill.

Grinding - small pieces of broken pyrophyllite are sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

LM vertical mill, MTW European version mill and 5X European version intelligent mill can be selected for fine powder processing. Ultra-fine powder processing is generally selected LUM ultrafine vertical mill, MW ring roller mill, coarse powder processing CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal mill.

Grading - the pyrophyllite powder after grinding is graded by the powder selecting machine, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selecting machine and returned to the host for regrinding.

Powder collection-fine powder enters the dust collector with the airflow through the pipeline for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then uniformly packaged with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
