Production Line Introduction

Overview: Marble, also known as limestone and shale, is mainly composed of calcium carbonate, with Mohs hardness between 2.5 and 5. The customer is located in Dali, Yunnan, which is the hometown of marble, and its crushed material is mainly used for building stone and sand, we designed this marble crushing production line for the customer according to the marble situation at the customer's site and the actual operation site.

Marble material production situation:

Natural marble is firstly sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder with even speed and uniformity, after primary crushing, the marble is sent to the impact crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor, after secondary crushing, the marble enters into the round vibrating screen for screening, the marble with unqualified size is returned to the impact crusher to continue to be crushed, and the qualified marble is sent to the sand making machine to be crushed, and after crushing, the crushed stone is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the unqualified stone is returned to the sand making machine to be crushed. Screening, unqualified stone returned to the sand making machine to continue grinding, qualified materials are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, the cleaned stone is sent to the pile of finished products, after dewatering can be.

The circular vibrating screen used in the second screening process is a 4-layer circular vibrating screen, which can be layered according to different particle sizes, and then the stone materials of different particle sizes are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and finally the stone materials are divided into three finished product areas according to the size of the particle size, which are used in different places.
