Introduction of production line

Coal crushing line design
The coal in the silo is evenly sent to PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, after primary crushing, the coal is sent to HD 1625 German version of impact crusher for secondary crushing by conveyor, after secondary crushing, the coal is sent to round vibrating screen for screening, the unqualified coal is returned to German version of impact crusher for further crushing, the qualified coal is divided into three specifications according to the size of round vibrating screen and transported to different sizes of coal. The qualified coal is divided into three sizes according to the particle size on the circular vibrating screen and transported to different finished product areas.
