Introduction of tantalum-niobium ore process
The beneficiation process generally adopts the combined process of dressing-metallurgy to recover tantalum and niobium. It consists of roughing plant, concentrating plant and hydrometallurgical plant. Tantalum and niobium are more dispersed, and the roughing plant adopts jigging, spiral chute, classifier, shaking table, centrifugal concentrator, spiral chute and other kinds of reelection equipment to select and obtain tantalum and niobium and tungsten mixed rough concentrate. The mixed concentrate is sent to the concentrating plant, and after acid washing with heating, the tantalum and niobium mixed concentrate is obtained by using classifier, shaking table, magnetic separator, flotation machine, etc. and smelting, respectively.
