Shanxi Linfen Iron Ore Crushing Project is a high quality, standardized and intelligent production line with a production capacity of 500 tons/hour, which can process iron ore with raw material size ≤ 850mm into high-grade iron ore lumps below 10mm.

The core equipment of this project is C6X series jaw crusher and HST single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. C6X series jaw crusher is produced by Liming Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. It has the design characteristics of detachable frame without welding structure, optimized cavity structure, double wedge adjustment device, etc. It can make high-efficiency coarse crushing of hard and strong abrasive iron ore, and has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low investment cost and long service life.

HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone breaker integrates hydraulic pressure, electricity, automation and intelligent control. It is equipped with positive pressure dustproof system and adopts integrated design of hydraulic station and lubricating station. It has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, excellent product grain size, low production cost, convenient maintenance and adjustment, etc. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations and can ensure that the particle size of the finished product reaches less than 10mm.

The project is also equipped with a complete set of modern central control system, which can realize automatic control and monitoring of the production process and further improve production efficiency and stability. The project adopts dry production process, set up a standard factory building for dust removal, and the equipment is produced in a fully sealed environment, which effectively controls dust emissions and realizes a green and sustainable production mode.
