Highway construction has put forward high requirements for concrete sand and gravel aggregate particle shape and grading, especially the content of needles and flakes in basalt and other crushed stone. In order to solve the requirements of particle size and grading, particle shape, consistency of particle composition, cleanliness and 0.075mm particle content, Henan Liming Heavy Industry has designed this highway aggregate production line for customers by adding new type of sand making machine, which better meets the requirements of highway cement, asphalt and other sand and gravel aggregates.
Production of highway aggregate production line
The mined stone is fed to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing, the secondary crushing is done by cone crusher, the material out of cone crusher is screened on vibrating screen, the material larger than 40mm is returned to cone crusher for re-crushing, which forms a closed loop, and the material less than 40mm enters into the vertical impact crusher for shaping and crushing.
The materials from the vertical impact crusher are screened on the finished product screen, the materials larger than 20mm are returned to the vertical impact crusher for recycling and crushing, and the materials smaller than 20mm are transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. The whole highway aggregate production line has a high degree of automation, low operating costs, good crushing efficiency, and the particle size can meet the national high-speed material standards.
