1、Rough crushing stage

The stone material falls from the silo to the feeder, and is evenly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing after simple screening of particle size and soil, until it is processed into the stone blocks with particle size ≤ 300mm;

2、Middle crushing stage

The roughly crushed stones are transported to the vibrating screen by the conveyor, and the stones with size larger than the feeding size of cone crusher are transported back to the rough crushing stage, and the stones in line with the feeding range will be fed into the cone crusher for medium crushing until the size of ≤20mm is discharged;

3、Sand making stage
